The HRLASER A1MD30i is available with configurable laser output power options of 1000W, 1500W, or 2000W, depending on application needs. It supports both continuous and pulsed (D-mode) welding modes for greater flexibility in precision tasks.

The system operates on a standard 220V AC, 50/60Hz power supply, with a maximum power consumption of 2500W. Designed for mobility and efficiency, the machine is cooled using an advanced air-cooling system, eliminating the need for bulky water chillers.

The total weight of the machine is under 29 kg, with compact dimensions of 577 × 265 × 512 mm, making it ideal for on-site welding and factory-floor integration. The handheld welding gun weighs only 0.68 kg, ensuring ease of use and reduced operator fatigue.

The laser swing width is adjustable from 0 to 4 mm, allowing for optimal control of weld bead width depending on the material and application. The system is built to perform reliably in environments with ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to 40°C.
