With a simple consumable installation, twist-in design, and convenient power and amperage adjustment controls on handheld models, the SmartSYNC® torch for Hypertherm's Powermax65/85/105 SYNC® plasma system allows operators to change consumables and applications without returning to the power supply. This helps reduce consumable change time to about 10 seconds and automatically sets up the system for the cartridge, minimizing downtime, troubleshooting, waste, and training time.

• The SmartSYNC torch controller saves time by allowing operators to instantly adjust amperage and change consumables and applications without returning to the power supply. The 75° and 15° handheld SmartSYNC torches are ideal for various applications such as gouging, fine detail cutting, long-range cutting, and flat cutting. The 75° design is perfect for general cutting, while the 15° torch directs heat away from the operator during heavy gouging and allows for overhead or hard-to-reach cutting.

For Machinery Work
The SmartSYNC torch with the Hypertherm cartridge automatically sets the correct amperage and operation mode, eliminating setup errors. The full-length SmartSYNC torch works with many CNC cutting tables, groove cutters, and pipe cutters. The mini machine torch is well-suited for lighter cutting tables and pipe cutting operations when a full-length torch is too long.

For Robotic Work
The lightweight, compact design and integrated positioning features of the SmartSYNC robot/mini torch allow for easy integration and operation with lightweight robotic arms. Optional clamps and guide tools help speed up integration.

For Extended Cutting Work
Hypertherm offers five new SmartSYNC long torches with two different lengths – 0.6m (2') and 1.2m (4') – and two different torch head angles – 45° and 90° – for long-range cutting tasks including frame cutting, scraping, and demolition. Compared to the first-generation Duramax® Hyamp® long torches, these torches require 45% less lift force, making the operator's job easier. They have also undergone extensive design and testing to make them even more durable. A flexible lead also makes these torches more convenient and easier to handle for the operator.
