Hypertherm 059721 SmartSYNC Machine Torch 180°, 50' Cable

With a simple consumable installation process, twist-in design, and convenient power and amperage control buttons on handheld models, the SmartSYNC™ torches for Hypertherm's new Powermax65/85/105 SYNC™ plasma systems allow operators to change consumables and adjust applications without needing to return to the power supply. This reduces consumable change time to approximately 10 seconds and automatically configures the system for the cartridge, minimizing downtime, troubleshooting, waste, and training time.

The SmartSYNC™ torch is equipped with RFID technology, which, when paired with the Hypertherm cartridge, communicates with the Powermax SYNC system to automatically set amperage and process settings on the power supply. It is available in handheld, mechanized, and robotic torch configurations.

For Machine Work:

The SmartSYNC torch, when paired with the Hypertherm cartridge, automatically sets the correct amperage and operating mode, eliminating setup errors. The full-length SmartSYNC machine torch works with a variety of CNC cutting tables, groove cutters, and pipe cutters. The mini machine torch is perfect for lighter cutting tables and pipe cutting operations where the full-length torch is too long.

For Robotic Work:

The lightweight, compact design, and integrated positioning features of the SmartSYNC robot/mini torch make it easy to integrate and operate with a light robotic arm. Optional clamps and guide tools help speed up integration.
